Warranty Terms

We take extreme pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.

For the hockey player, Ballistik™’s “tough” sticks have an industry leading, one-time replacement warranty for breakage during normal use under our 30/30/30 day program: 30 days on composite blades,30 days on one-piece sticks and 30 days on shaft, based on normal use. Normal use does NOT include breakage due to contact with other players, skates, sticks (slashing), boards, nets, zamboni, use on asphalt or cement surfaces, etc. and hence no replacement will be offered in this case. Ballistik Hockey™ will inspect the returned product and will determine if the product damage was caused by normal use and that there is no evidence of misuse, tampering, heating, abuse or deception.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The warranty date becomes effective:

  1. For products sold directly to the end user through an authorized Ballistik retailer - from the date of receipt.

Team Sales & Competitive Players

Bulk discounted purchases under the Team Sales program and sales to senior competitive, professional or semi professional levels are not covered under our 30/30/30 day one time replacement program. Products under this program have a 30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase from any manufacturing defect.

To replace a broken product, contact Ballistik Hockey DIRECTLY by sending an e-mail for a return authorization (RA) form and number and reason/circumstance of return.

Your RA number must accompany all returns.

Return of the product

To replace a broken product, contact Ballistik Hockey DIRECTLY (not your Ballistik™ Retailer) by sending an e-mail for a return authorization (RA) form and number. You will be required to provide the original invoice from your retailer. The product will be returned directly to Ballistik™ Hockey.  Once an RA number is issued, all warranty products need to be received by Ballistik Hockey Inc. ® within 14 calendar days, according to industry standards. Otherwise the RA will expire and a warranty return will be revaluated by Ballistik's warranty return department and a new RA will be issued, if eligible.

Your RA number must accompany all returns.

Ship To

After we have authorized the return, please send your product packages, including your RA number, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
